Electric Propulsion Lab combines mathematical rigor and hands-on embedded expertise to accelerate product development for OEMs, Tier-1s and startups. Paul is a mathematician and control engineer with a long track record of bare-metal firmware, low-level drivers and control algorithms for Infineon AURIX platforms (TC36/38/39/49xx). Key recent work includes traction-inverter firmware, bidirectional on-board-charger feasibility and functional-safety modules targeting ASIL-D requirements. We specialise in field-oriented control (FOC), observers (EKF/SMO), fast shut-off and deterministic peripheral usage (GTM/eGTM), plus model-based simulation (MATLAB/Simulink) and SIL/HIL validation. Working from Sri Lanka with European communication standards, we act as your remote extension — from requirements and architecture to verification and production handover.
